French Physicist, Richard Vialle, has been researching Energy for a number of years! Some years ago, some Interviews were published. Unfortunately, because of a language barrier I don’t know as much as I would like to know about the work of Richard Vialle. I have however replicated one of his devices and got results. There is correlation to this work in other areas.

Who is Richard Vialle:

A French Physicist, Richard Vialle has worked for many years in the area of Energy. See: "Publication Dans Energie et Nature". I believe some of his work may be based on the work of Michel Mayer

Observation:

Richard drew several times, a simple circuit, one I have seen a few times before! Simple but effective when understood!

This circuit is present in the work of many before, The MrPreva Experiment, Akula, Kapanadze and many others! This I find very interesting! Richard Vialle also talks about the exact same things we have heard from others like Floyd Sweet and Paul Raymond Jensen:

When I'm switching on my generator... my resistance is varying, is diminishing
